So here’s the thing — we finally got our Open Core Solutions business card printed, and looking at it made us realize… we never actually introduced ourselves properly. So, hi. We’re Open Core Solutions, and we’re here to make IT support in Mumbai a little less painful.

Why we exist

Honestly? Because too many IT experiences feel like a black box. Something breaks, you call someone, they use words you don’t understand, and the bill somehow costs more than the thing they fixed. We wanted to build something different — support that’s straightforward, people who actually explain what’s going on, and pricing that doesn’t feel like a surprise party.

That’s really what “Open Core” means to us. Open on the inside. No hidden layers.

What we actually help with

Nothing too glamorous, just the stuff that genuinely matters day to day:

• Coming to you – Onsite support around Mumbai for setup, deployment, whatever needs hands-on attention.
• Jumping on a call – Remote troubleshooting when you don’t need someone physically there, just someone who knows what they’re doing.
• Fixing your Wi-Fi drama – Network troubleshooting for offices tired of the internet randomly giving up.
