1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Open Core Solutions website, newsletter, and any related content, subscriptions, or contribution features (together, the “Service”), operated by Open Core Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Mumbai, India. By accessing the Service, registering an account, subscribing, or making a contribution, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Open Core Solutions publishes articles, newsletters, and related content covering IT support, technology updates, and company news. Some content on the Service may be freely accessible, while other content may require registration, a paid subscription, or a voluntary contribution to access, as indicated on the relevant page.

Payments for subscriptions and contributions may be processed through Google’s Reader Revenue Manager, which allows readers to pay using their Google Account and Google-supported payment methods. Google’s own terms and privacy policies govern the payment processing portion of this experience in addition to these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain content or features, you may need to register using your email address or sign in with a supported third-party account (including a Google Account). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Contributions

Where offered, subscription plans grant access to designated content for the billing period selected at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually). Contributions are voluntary, one-time or recurring payments that support our publication and may or may not unlock specific perks, as described at the time of contribution.

• Subscription pricing, currency, and any trial periods are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
• Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods at the then-current price.
• We will provide reasonable advance notice, where required by law, before any price change takes effect on an active subscription.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via Google’s Reader Revenue Manager platform using your selected Google-supported payment method. We do not directly store your full payment card details. Applicable taxes (such as GST, where relevant) may be added to the displayed price at checkout in accordance with local tax law.

You’re responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. If a payment fails, your access to paid content may be paused until the issue is resolved.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an active subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period, except as described below or as required by law.

• How to cancel: Subscriptions purchased through Reader Revenue Manager can be managed and cancelled through your Google Account subscriptions page, or by contacting us at contact@opencoresol.com and we will direct you to the correct cancellation flow.
• Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and, where a payment was processed through Reader Revenue Manager, may need to be handled via Google’s own refund process for that transaction.

Additional rights for subscribers in Germany, France, and the EEA

If you are a subscriber based in Germany, France, or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel or withdraw from your subscription contract at any time through the dedicated cancellation link Google provides for Reader Revenue Manager subscriptions. If you attempt to cancel directly with us in error, we will direct you to that official cancellation channel.

7. Acceptable Use & Content Standards

You agree not to use the Service to post, share, or submit (including via comments) content that:

• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites hatred against any individual or group;
• Is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or is otherwise illegal;
• Infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Impersonates any person or organization, or is deceptive or fraudulent;
• Promotes dangerous, hateful, or terrorist activity, or the illegal sale of weapons or drugs; or
• Constitutes spam, malware, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these standards, consistent with Google’s Reader Revenue Manager content and user policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All articles, graphics, logos, and other content published on the Service are the property of Open Core Solutions or our licensors, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our content but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any content published on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open Core Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including any interruption, delay, or error in a Reader Revenue Manager transaction.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including any active subscription, if you violate these Terms or the content standards described in Section 7. Where a subscription is terminated for cause, we may withhold any remaining unused period at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and where required by law, we’ll provide advance notice before changes affect an active subscription.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
